Seal of Biliteracy

The Seal of Biliteracy was established in Illinois to recognize high school graduates who have attained a high level of proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English (105 ILCS 5/2-3.159).  Community High School District 128 participates in this statewide initiative, allowing eligible students from Libertyville High School and Vernon Hills High School to earn this distinction.
