Information meeting for juniors wanting to apply is recommended – Tuesday, January 31 at 7:30 in the Auditorium.  The deadline for submission of activity form is Thursday, February 9 at 3:30. 

To begin the application process, read through the Information and Instruction pages.  Read Carefully.

Start by opening the Student Activity Information Form(Word document). filling in the form, saving it to you computer (or flash drive), and printing it out.  Get all the necessary signatures prior to making the additional copies.

The Community Recommendation Form can be used if an adult outside the school is willing to write a recommendation on your behalf.
