Cheryl Steffens began her teaching career here at District 128 in 1982. She received her degree in Elementary Education and Spanish from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. In 1999, Cheryl graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Master's Degree in Administration. She has taught Spanish 1, 2, 3 Honors, and 5AP at Libertyville High School over the past 20 years. Currently, Cheryl teaches Spanish at Vernon Hills High School, as well as serving as the International Language Department Supervisor.
